Delivery Times
There many things that can affect shipping times. From inclement weather to disruptions with transport providers – it’s for these reasons we asks customers to expect 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Most often packages arrive sooner.
The Coin Vault does not ship on Fridays for security reasons.
The Coin Vault’s standard shipping for all products is Canada Post Registered Mail – as all of our packages require tracking.
Shipping Costs
Canada Post Registered Mail (Standard) (1/2″ Envelope)
$9.95 + $1.90 (per 100g) + $2.00 (handling) = $13.85
Small Parcels containing multiple items (up to 500g weight)
$15.95 + $1.90 (per 100g) + $2 (handling) = $19.85
Currently we ONLY ship to Canadian addresses. International customers please contact us directly for product inquiries. 1.902.434.1853.
Combining Orders
The Coin Vault does not automatically combine multiple orders to the same address, and cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Upon direct request, we will attempt to combine orders that are placed within 24 hours of each other, or if there are outstanding items on backorder.
Local Pick Up
Customers can choose to Pick Up their purchases at our Retail Showroom:

You will receive a Pickup Confirmation email when your Order is ready for pick up.
There is no charge for in store pick up.
